Introduction

I like playing board games and it's really hard to play by myself.

Why did you join this group? What are you hoping to get from it and how can we help make that happen?

I'm single and I'm looking for social groups that I would enjoy. I think getting together with folks to play boardgames sounds like a fun night.

What is/are your favorite game(s) and why? What game(s) do you not like to play and why?

Favorites: Scrabble, Pictionary, Trivial Pursuits, Cranium Dislikes: Monopoly & checkers (boring to me), chess (don't know how to play)

Are you more interested in party games or strategy games?

I don't just have one idea of a perfect day. I guess it would just be a day that I get to do what I want to do at that time.

This group had a variety of board games going at any given time. New folks are quickly included. There were groups of "strategy game" players as well as "party" game players like Balderdash, Pictionary, and Scattergories; so there's something for everyone.
