Introduction

I'm new to the area and would love to meet other people to play board games with.

Why did you join this group? What are you hoping to get from it and how can we help make that happen?

Just looking for enjoying some time with other folks in a fun environment.

What is/are your favorite game(s) and why? What game(s) do you not like to play and why?

Oh, I'm terrible at answering games like this. My husband, who would likely come with me, enjoys strategy games. I tend more to like word games and games that have an element of randomness.

Are you more interested in party games or strategy games?

Personally, I usually like party games better because I don't have a strong competitive streak.

Nettle, don't worry about posting a meetup - we encourage it. Just typically not the 3rd Saturday of the month as that is reserved for Arlyne's ultra-big NYers in Tampa Bay email group/dinner event. I won't be able to make it to Gulfport this weekend, but love the area and hope you get a good NY turnout for the fundraiser. Good luck!
