Introduction

Hi everyone. I moved to Bradenton from NY (and before that from pretty much every state in the upper Midwest) about 7 months ago. It's been a good move, but I miss playing board games.

Why did you join this group? What are you hoping to get from it and how can we help make that happen?

Mostly I'm just looking for cool people to play some games with. Plus it will be good to push me out of the areas that I know (Bradenton, Sarasota).

What is/are your favorite game(s) and why? What game(s) do you not like to play and why?

I really enjoy cooperative games like Arkham Horror and Shadows Over Camelot, but I'll play pretty much anything.

Are you more interested in party games or strategy games?

Hmm...Arsenal match (soccer) in the morning, nice afternoon walk or paddle (kayak) followed by some alone time to read and ending with an evening spent with friends gaming.
